Shipping & returns

Occupation Watch designs everything in the shop. Fourthwall is the seller: it takes payment, makes and ships each order, and handles returns and order support under its Merchandise Terms of Service. If this summary and Fourthwall's terms ever differ, Fourthwall's terms apply.

Production

Items are printed to order. Most leave production within 2–5 business days; a few take longer, and busy periods like holidays can add time. See Fourthwall's delivery expectations.

Delivery times

• United States: usually 3–7 business days in transit after production.
• International: generally 2–4 weeks after production, including customs.

You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Your order confirmation email also links to your order's status.

Where orders ship

Fourthwall ships to most countries. A few destinations are unavailable, including several in the Middle East, and the list changes. The country list at checkout is always current; Fourthwall also keeps a summary of supported countries.

Shipping costs, taxes, and duties

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what you order, and extra items usually cost less to add. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Import duties depend on where you are. For most EU orders, Fourthwall collects customs duty at checkout so there's nothing to pay on delivery. For the UK and many other countries, your carrier or customs office may charge duties or import fees when the package arrives. Details are in Fourthwall's tax and duty guide.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change an address or cancel? Act quickly: Fourthwall can usually cancel an order only before it goes into production. Use the link in your order confirmation email or contact Fourthwall as described below.

Returns and replacements

Because each item is made to order, Fourthwall doesn't accept returns for a change of mind or a different size, except where the law requires it.

If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, report it within 30 days of delivery with photos. Fourthwall will replace the item or refund you, and covers return shipping if a return is needed. See Fourthwall's returns and quality policy.

EU, EEA, and UK customers

You may have a legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it (the last item, if it arrives in several parcels), without giving a reason. This doesn't cover personalized items. Use the withdrawal option on your order status page or email withdrawal@fourthwall.com with your order number. You pay the cost of sending items back. Section 3.4 of Fourthwall's terms has the details.

Getting help with an order

The fastest route is Fourthwall, which can see your order and fix it directly: reply to your order confirmation email or use the order help form (you'll need your order number and email).

You can always message us or email support@occupationwatch.com. We'll help however we can and pass it to Fourthwall when they need to act.
