Terms of Use

The terms, in plain language.

By using Occupation Watch, subscribing to The Brief, or buying from our shop, you agree to these terms.

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms cover reading the site, receiving The Brief, contacting support, and buying from our shop. If something here is unclear, ask us.

Using this site

Occupation Watch is free to read. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to disrupt the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or access areas you aren't authorized to use.

Our content

Our original text and design belong to Occupation Watch. You may quote and link to our reporting with attribution. Third-party photographs, footage, documents, and quotations remain the property of their owners and are credited to their sources; see our Editorial Standards.

The Brief

Our newsletter is free. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time. We never sell subscriber data.

Purchases

Merchandise is printed to order by a production partner and shipped to the address you give at checkout. The price, shipping cost, and estimated delivery shown at checkout apply to your order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or a different size. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. If an order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.

Support

Reach us through the support page or at support@occupationwatch.com. We reply by email.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

We work to make our reporting accurate and correct it when it isn't. The site is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Occupation Watch is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from the date they are posted.
